For the Human Resources department, we are looking for a parttime (2 á 3 days) HR Payroll Administrator. In this role you will be reporting to and collaborating with the Director of Human Resources, the HR administrator will be the first point of contact for all payroll and benefits related topics for the EMEA organization. A highly motivated, engaging person is sought to build credible relationships with both our external payroll partners and our internal customers.

Our client is a private, family owned, worldwide leader in the development and commercialization of antibodies, assays and research tools. As a company of scientists for scientists, they have developed a proprietary method to develop exceptional monoclonal antibodies, a technology to discover protein post-translational modifications, an online resource for investigation of post-translational modifications. They are fully committed to developing new research tools to help define the mechanisms underlying cell function and disease, thereby broadly accelerating progress in biomedical research and medicine. This company is an international organization with around 40 employees in The Netherlands! The complete EU team consist of 60 people with 18 nationalities! For this reason, English is very important, so you can easily communicate with your colleagues.

Your tasks:

  • Be the first point of contact for payroll related questions
  • Perform HR administration tasks and Payroll while working closely together with CST’s external payroll providers
  • Work on international payroll across 5 different countries
  • Effective administration of employee documentation including contract management
  • Provide input data for monthly payroll and administration of employee benefits
  • Perform various administrative duties with respect to (social) insurance, pension, and lease cars w ithin legislative requirements
  • Timely respond to any incoming requests of employees to ensure a positive employee experience
  • Suggest and/or implement improvements of personnel administration procedures and work processes and update checklists, templates, and manuals accordingly
  • Being a team player and collaborate with different stakeholders, Payroll, Finance, and pension provider
  • Being pro-active in HRIS process es and improvements

Once in service of the company, their additional benefits are:

Wat breng jij mee?

Besides a Hbo level in Finance or HR and at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, we ask the following qualifications:

  • Experience in an international growing, fast-paced, high performing company
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Training and experience in managing payroll administrations
  • Experienced in working with HRIS systems (AFAS is a plus)
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
