Fashion lovers, pay attention!  This company distributes fashion accessories and is looking for a new employee. They are an international player with their HQ of Europe in Amsterdam and have a collaboration with a number of prestiguous brands. They are looking for a native French speaking Customer Service Representative.Your job is to focus on French clients. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls and answer emails. Besides that you guide them in the order process in a proactive way. For these clients you will be point of contact regarding products, deliveries, returns and orders. You work closely with the financial - and sales support department.

Wat krijg jij?

  • You will have a 7-month contract directly with the company
  • The salary indication is around €2500-2600 gross per month
  • Your travel expenses will be reimbursed up to a maximum of €250 euros per month
  • You will be entitled to 30 paid holidays and 1 floating day for example your birthday or religious celebrations
  • Office hours from 9-17.30, no working in the weekend or evening hours! 

You can work from home for 40-60% of the time, ofcourse this is in collaboration with your supervisor. If you work from home you receive the 2,15 euro compensation. There is also a good pension plan and you get one sunglass per year for free!

Willing to be part of a fashion company and work with fabulous brands? This is possible! For the HQ of Europe in Amsterdam with focus on Europea and Middle East Asia, we are looking a french experienced customer service respresentative, preferable in B2B communication.  

Of course, you will be responsible for the French clients. This team consists of approximately 5-10 colleagues, while the whole customer service and sales department comprises 20 people. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls and answer emails. Besides that you guide them in the order process in a proactive way. For these clients you will be point of contact regarding products, deliveries, returns and orders. You know everything about the proceedings or will look up every detail when possible, as you love happy customers and know problem solving is important for both parties. You work closely with the financial - and sales support department. Hence is is important that you are a teamplayer. 

  • Responsible for picking up the phone
  • Handle customer queries
  • Process and follow up customer orders in SAP
  • Follow up on credit hold and returns with Finance
  • Web support to the customer for existing and new accounts
  • Report to the Customer Service Manager

Wat breng jij mee?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in representing the company, so professionalism and reliability are essential qualities. Furthermore, we are looking for the following points:

  • Excellent communication skills in French (both written and spoken) and fluent in English.
  • You have at least 6 months work experience in customer service
