The organization aims to generate the majority of inquiries from existing clients, although you are encouraged to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. This involvement provides you with a comprehensive view of internal operations and allows you to make well-informed assessments of the implications of committing to an inquiry. Moreover, as the company's clientele spans the globe, you can expect to be on the road approximately two weeks per month.
Here is a selection of your responsibilities as a Sales Manager:

You thrive in challenging, long-term contract negotiations and possess the ability to translate your insights into a coherent sales strategy. Additionally, you are skilled at identifying market opportunities. Furthermore, your profile should reflect the following:
- A background in mechanical engineering and experience in selling technical products or services, as this role requires a solid grasp of both the technical aspects of lifting solutions and customer needs.
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of Dutch would be a valuable asset.
