As a logistics specialist french you are responsible for efficiently and accurately performing a variety of logistics and administrative tasks within the internal warehouse. Your work will be 50% logistics and 50% administrative.
You will work in a smaller internal warehouse. Most orders are shipped from an external main warehouse, but here you will process a portion of the incoming and outgoing shipments, including customer returns (RMA) and shipments to suppliers or the external warehouse.
Process incoming goods: unload trucks and check deliveries for completeness, damage, and quality
Register and assess return shipments (RMA), identify discrepancies and report them
Ensure correct storage and safe internal transport of goods, including using a forklift and pallet truck
Pick, pack and send customer orders, including checking pick lists and shipments
Keep inventory accurate, report differences, and take part in inventory counts (cycle counts)
Handle administrative procedures and communicate with customers and suppliers by e-mail and phone
You will be working for an international organization with its headquarters in Breda and branches in Belgium, France, and Spain. In the Netherlands, the organization has around 85 employees and has been growing rapidly since its founding. The culture is down-to-earth and approachable: no hierarchical distance, but a hands-on, team-oriented mindset. Professionalism and service are central.
The Breda location is easily accessible by both car and public transport (the bus stops right in front of the building).

Are proficient in French
Have the intention to stay for a longer period in the Netherlands and live close by Breda
Are available 32-40 hours a week between 8.30-17 h.
Have a valid forklift certificate, or are willing to obtain one
