Road Transport Coordinator

As a Road Transport Coordinator, you ensure that shipments are handled correctly from start to finish. You monitor deadlines, maintain contact with customers and carriers, and quickly resolve any challenges that arise during transport.

• Organising and coordinating national and international road transport shipments on a daily basis.
• Maintaining contact with customers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure every shipment stays on schedule.
• Comparing rates and negotiating with transport providers to create efficient transport solutions.
• Taking immediate action in the event of delays or disruptions and keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Handling transport administration and checking transport documentation.

• MBO working and thinking level or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in transport, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
